really really good pans as I've said many times before. I still really enjoy using them even at almost 5 years.
Demeyere Atlantis vs Heritage Steel Titanium Series
The Demeyere Atlantis and the Heritage Steel Titanium Series, shown the same way from the same evidence rules. There is no verdict at the bottom. The axes below are separate measurements and the objections are listed in full for both.

but wherever you are in the world search it out get your hands on it try it out you know invest in one piece and i know you will not have any regrets

Stated in the source: “i sell atlantis from proline because i believe it's the best quality cookware so you know if you buy from me wonderful thank you i appreciate that” Kept and labelled rather than dropped: a paid endorsement is still evidence, and you should be the one to decide what it is worth.
this stainless steel disc is two millimeters of copper that is sandwiched by silver so silver and copper in the center of this aluminum disk the conductivity to this is unparalleled it's ridiculous

Cites base and rim, build quality, heat conduction, heat control, heating speed
this is two separate pieces that are bonded together that have the base and the upper shell and the marriage here is absolutely perfect
so cast doesn't absorb energy as quickly as atlantis atlantis really is amazing how fast
so using the cookware makes you a better cook so that's a big bold claim for me to to make but it just does
if i'm using a lower quality piece of cookware and i'm using a piece of atlantis things may take a little bit more time things don't react so incredibly quickly in a piece of atlantis so i need to be more patient but the balance to that is that things turn out so incredibly well all the time
so that's the big big advantage of why you would spend money on atlantis and on proline is that it gives you that nice buffer things happen more slowly heat kind of moves through the pan up and down at a slower rate and you don't find all of a sudden you've gone from kind of browning to burning it just doesn't happen…
so the proline and the atlantis cookware from demeyer is my absolute favorite stainless steel cookware in the world and i'm going to tell you why

Cites build quality, heat conduction
the atlantis line is totally different in the way that it's made and it's extraordinary so it doesn't really compare to anything else on the market
when you're climbing the quality ladder in stainless steel and you get to the top of the top when it comes to the atlantis cookware with the copper and the silver nothing else can compare to the results that you're gonna get
Demeyere Atlantis is the best of the best. Each piece is carefully crafted with the highest quality materials and a thoughtful design process.

Cites build quality
After the water boiled, I took each pan off the heat and measured the water temperature after 10 minutes. Demeyere Atlantis retained the most heat, again thanks to its super thick construction.
Cites heat retention
To get a second read on heat retention, I heated each pan until the center reached 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, I quickly removed it from the heat and measured the temperature in the center of the pan after 5 and 10 minutes. While the All-Clad, Made In, and Hestan pans performed similarly, the Demeyere Atlantis pan…
Pans in the Atlantis collection have a 3-layer steel bottom that they call TriplInduct. Since steel is magnetic and ultra-durable, having three layers of steel at the bottom of each pan provides better efficiency on induction cooktops and ensures the cookware will never warp.

Cites warp resistance
Out of 19 pans, Demeyere Atlantis had the highest water temperature after 5 minutes and tied for highest after 10 minutes.

Cites heat retention
I will say that the quality of these pans, the quality of the metal of these pans, are obviously very high. You can just tell by looking at them and feeling them.
Cites build quality, durability
really really good pans as I've said many times before. I still really enjoy using them even at almost 5 years.
With both collections, Demeyere welds their handles to the pan instead of attaching them with rivets, so the cooking surface is completely smooth. Rivets tend to collect grime and become discolored, so the rivetless design makes cleaning much easier.

Cites ease of cleaning, even heating, handle, heat control, heat retention, induction compatible, speed and efficiency
Secondly, it makes the cookware 30 percent more efficient on induction cooktops. Induction cooktops only work with cookware that's made of magnetic materials. Steel is magnetic and since Atlantis pans have three layers of steel on the bottom, they work faster and more efficiently on induction.
Both collections retain heat well but due to its additional layers, thickness, and sheer weight, the Atlantis collection absorbs and retains heat better than Industry.
I repeated this test with several other pans and as you can see in the results Demeyere Atlantis retained heat better than every other pan after five minutes, and they tied with Made In after 10 minutes.
Atlantis cookware is more forgiving which makes it easier to cook with Because it's thicker and retains heat better, the temperature doesn't fluctuate as much while you're cooking and adding and removing ingredients. You won't burn your food if you accidentally turn the heat too high. It heats slowly and steadily.
Its thick 7-ply construction allows it to heat evenly and retain heat better than almost any other cookware.
Another downside to Demeyere’s thick construction is that it takes a while to heat up. Compared to 19 other pans, the Demeyere Atlantis took the longest to boil two cups of water.

Cites heating speed (against)
It's also the best performer on induction cooktops. It heats evenly with no warping or buzzing.
Cites even heating, induction compatible
I mentioned that there are three stainless steel cookware brands that I recommend if money is not a factor. And the first one is Demeyere Atlantis.
a couple more reasons not to buy these Atlantis pots. So, the first two reasons are the same, so they are thick and they are sorry, they are heavy, and they are expensive. So, those are valid reasons to not buy these pots.
Cites price (against)
for these type of pots, most of the time you don't need something this expensive and this premium, right? So, if all you're going to do is to do things like making stock, soup, boiling pasta, boiling cooking a bit of oatmeal, boiling some eggs, you can get a cheap IKEA pot, and it'll do the job just fine
a couple more reasons not to buy these Atlantis pots. So, the first two reasons are the same, so they are thick and they are sorry, they are heavy, and they are expensive. So, those are valid reasons to not buy these pots.
Cites weight (against)
the the weight of the thinness of the top of this is perfect because you don't need to be adding extra weight adding thickness to the wall of a piece of atlantis wouldn't benefit you except added weight which is just a negative at this point

Cites weight
If it's within your budget and you have the strength and willingness to handle heavier cookware, go with Atlantis.

Because of the extra layers in Atlantis pans, they are significantly thicker and heavier than Industry pans. Atlantis fry pans might be the thickest and heaviest pans I've ever reviewed. They feel more like a cast iron skillet than a stainless steel pan.

Cites weight (against)
After about 3 months of using the Demeyere Atlantis pan, I noticed the handle was loose. As I examined what was going on, I lifted the pan and the handle completely snapped off. I was honestly shocked this happened, especially given how expensive these pans are. I was also very lucky it didn't break while I was…

Owned 3 months , no longer
Cites handle (against)
This is the thickest fully clad frying pan I tested at 5.5 mm. Because of that, it heats slowly but retains heat better than nearly every other pan.
Cites heat retention, heating speed (against)
let's just take a brief moment to appreciate how shiny these pans still are. I did give them a clean with Bar Keepers Friend a couple of days ago. Um so, that's why they look nice and shiny. And the thing about these pans is that if you clean them regularly with something like Bar Keepers Friend, they will always look…
Cites appearance, maintenance
Atlantis is Demeyere's most premium cookware collection and it's priced accordingly. The cost varies by piece and where you buy, but prices for Atlantis cookware typically range between 30 and 50 percent more expensive than Industry.

Cites price (against)
That said, both collections are expensive their prices are comparable to brands like All-Clad, Hestan, and Le Creuset.
Both Atlantis and Industry pots and pans have flared rims that make pouring liquids and transferring food to plates easy.

Cites base and rim, handle, heat resistance
Both collections have Y-shaped handles that stay cool while you're cooking on the stove, but the actual shape and the finish is different.
The handles on the Atlantis collection are angled higher which keeps your hand further away from the heat and also makes it a little easier to tip and rotate the pan.
Both collections are made with an 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface. This type of steel contains 18% chromium and 10% nickel, which gives it its shine and makes it extremely resistant to staining, rust, and corrosion.

Cites build quality, rust resistance, warp resistance, warranty
Both collections come with a 30-year warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship.
I mentioned briefly that cookware in the Atlantis collection has a three-layer bottom. Demeyer calls this TriplInduc. It's only available with the Atlantis collection and it provides two benefits. First, it makes the cookware more durable and ensures that it will stay perfectly flat and never warp.
Lastly, pans in the Atlantis and Industry collections are rivetless, which means the cooking surface is uninterrupted and easy to clean. Instead of rivets, the handles are welded to the sides. Rivets collect grease and are difficult to keep clean over time, so this is a major benefit.

Cites induction compatible
if you want to do something a bit more complex like stews and braises, where you got to sear stuff or saute on the bottom, it could be worth it to get that better heat control and heat retention.
Cites heat control, heat retention
I'm going to do a long-term 4 and 1/2 year review, in fact, almost 5 years review of these Demeyere Proline and Atlantis pans.
Owned 4 years
I'm specifically looking at U Atlantis uh and I don't think that you know it is the cheap version
Cites build quality

Demeyere applies a unique electrochemical surface treatment called Silvinox to the cookware in both collections. This treatment removes iron and impurities from the steel surface resulting in a brilliant shine that won't discolor, smudge, or show fingerprints. The handles on the Atlantis collection are angled higher which keeps your hand further away from the heat and also makes it a little easier to tip and rotate the pan. They also have rounded edges and a shiny polished finish.
Demeyere Atlantis was the slowest to heat, which was also expected because it's the thickest pan at 5.5
Cites heating speed (against)
To make this real, The Demeyere Atlantis 11-inch fry pan weighs 5.2 pounds while similar pans from All-Clad and Made In weigh around 3 pounds.

As you can see, it’s attached by these four little pegs and it’s not welded on completely like you would think. Although this isn't a common issue, I did find a few other customers complaining about this happening - so it’s not a complete fluke.

I can't picture myself recommending the titanium series to really anyone in 20124
The speaker was given the product. The third and final difference between these pans is the cooking surface: the Eater Series has an industry standard 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface, but the Titanium Series has a 316Ti steel, which is an alloy that's reinforced with titanium to help it resist pitting.
Cites build quality, country of manufacture, durability, rust resistance
Overall, these are two high-quality pans that are made in America. They're both durable, well-made, high performing, and will last a lifetime.
the titanium series their Flagship line had misaligned rivets that would easily catch food and some pretty gapy Lids both those are issues that are not super common in this product category

Because the handle on Titanium Series pans is rounded on the bottom, it can rotate in your hands when tilting and pouring. It's extra slippery when washing the pan, and your hands are wet and soapy.

the titanium series is putting all of its metaphorical eggs in the 316 TI basket and I'm not sure if that one upgrade is enough to overcome it's greater cost or its flaws
my biggest concern going in was that the aluminum layers in that five P mix are quite thin but in use it hasn't made a significant difference the pans are all responsive and comfortable to hold

Cites heat control
to my surprise I think I would be hard pressed to find a difference in performance between these and lines like all clad D5 without significant scrutiny
the titanium series's handles feel like off the-shelf parts from mismatched lines the lid handles feel kind of colonial and the bulbous helper handles might go with them but the long handles kind of feel like the cheap showerhead handles from my first apartment back in the early 2000s

Cites appearance (against), handle (against), lid (against)
for design the titanium series gets a four and the eer series gets a seven the eer series is in a dead heat with the rest of the market
It also has a mirror polish finish that looks stunning where the Eater series is more brushed.

Cites appearance
Between you and me, I think the Titanium series is beautiful and the quality is slightly better than the Eater, but you're probably better off just saving a buck and getting the Eater series cookware as the performance is pretty much the same.
The cooking surface of the Titanium Series is a special 316Ti stainless steel, which is reinforced with titanium and molybdenum to make it more durable and resistant to pitting.

I haven't noticed pitting with either of these pans, but it's nice to know that Heritage Steel provides a little extra protection.
Although they have some major differences, both pans are well-made, durable, high performing, and will last a really long time.
They both have flared rims for drip-free pouring.

it feels like the writing is on the wall that the eater series and lines like it will eventually subsume the titanium series

that brings the titanium series to an initial cose score of 4.8 and eater series to an initial score of 6.2
the titanium series differentiates Itself by having an inner layer made of 316 TI stainless steel as opposed to the more traditional 304 standless Steel in the eater series that means that it's more resistant to a type of corrosion called salt pitting and is going to give it a bit longer of a lifespan

Cites build quality, durability, maintenance, rust resistance
for care the titanium series gets an eight and eer gets a six
for materials titanium gets an eight and ear gets a five
The biggest difference between these two is really the handle design, so if you like the Eater Series flat handle, go with that; if you prefer a rounder, polished handle, go with the Titanium Series.
my biggest concern going in was that the aluminum layers in that five P mix are quite thin but in use it hasn't made a significant difference the pans are all responsive and comfortable to hold

Cites ergonomics
I've already mentioned I'm not a fan of rounded, slippery handles like this, and I also dislike how it's wide in the middle, but tapers thin at the end. There's not much to grab onto unless you hold it right in the center.

The Titanium Series handle is also a good design, but it's a little bit harder to grip on the end because it gets so thin.

The first difference is the exterior finish: the Eater Series pan has a brushed finish, and the Titanium Series pan has a polished finish. There's no difference in performance between these two finishes, but smudges, fingerprints, and any imperfection is going to be more noticeable in the polished finish.

the titanium series uses the exact same construction but it's competing on that 316 TI inner layer which just reduces corrosion it doesn't stop it it just slows it down
The speaker was given the product. The Titanium Series is Heritage Steel's pricier collection. It costs $30 more than the Heritage Steel Eater Series, mainly because the cooking surface is made of steel reinforced with titanium.

Handle design is really a personal thing, but I prefer Made In's because it's flatter and less likely to rotate in your hand, and also because it's longer and wider at the end, you can keep your hand a little bit further away from the pan.

Because the Made In pan is slightly wider and taller, it also weighs a little bit more at 3.2 pounds. The Heritage Steel pan weighs 2.9 pounds.

Made In has a slightly larger cooking surface at 10 inches and Heritage Steel's cooking surface is about 9 inches.

Cites induction compatible, oven safe, stovetop compatibility
Both are oven safe up to 800° F, and both are 3 mm thick.
I haven't had any issues with pitting with the Eater Series, so while that is an advantage for the Titanium Series, it hasn't become an issue with the other pan.
Cites rust resistance
They're both oven safe up to 800°F.
Cites induction compatible, oven safe, stovetop compatibility
They're both compatible with all cooktops, including induction, and they both have steel handles riveted to the pan with steel rivets.
It's supposed to be more resistant to pitting and corrosion over time, although those issues are rare and easily avoidable without the special steel.
