Heritage Steel Eater Series vs Hestan NanoBond

The Heritage Steel Eater Series and the Hestan NanoBond, shown the same way from the same evidence rules. There is no verdict at the bottom. The axes below are separate measurements and the objections are listed in full for both.

At 275 degrees, it evaporated much quicker but it still wasn't ready.
The same thing happened as I tested it all the way up to 390 degrees.
At 400 degrees, the water balled up briefly at the center of the pan but evaporated when it flowed to the sides.
This continued at 410 and 417, although the water balls lasted slightly longer as the pan got hotter.
At 430 degrees I noticed something interesting. When I dropped the water in the pan, it bounced around until it landed on a spot where water previously evaporated.
Finally, the Leidenfrost Effect was fully achieved when the pan reached 450 degrees Fahrenheit at the center.

and then this was our Heston so you can see that's probably where the most residue actually is so that is coming off
so yeah it looks like the Hester didn't stand up as well as these two guys
you still seem to be getting empty a little bit of stick still yeah a little bit
we're just gonna give this a quick little clip but still like still not as good uh I would say even so it took a little bit more finance a little bit more finickiness and that that's kind of what you usually expect out of a D3 right oh sorry out of a tripod yeah for sure

Another thing you should know before buying Hestan is that after a few uses, they won't look as sparkling and shiny as they do when you take them out of the box. Because NanoBond pans have a slick, polished finish, fingerprints and smudges are very noticeable. The brushed finish on ProBond pans does a better job…

Another thing about the NanoBond pan is that after you cook with it once or twice, especially if you cook on high heat, you may notice rainbow stains like this. These stains are ugly, but they don't affect performance

All that said, there’s one thing I really don’t like about these handles. And that’s this large hanging loop at the end. It’s nice to be able to hang the pan from a hook, but the hole is unnecessarily large. This big opening, combined with the thinness of the handle, makes it uncomfortable to hold at the end. There's…

he did like the weight of it comparatively you didn't like the way yeah I'm actually at a tripod yeah even as a tri-fly like I was saying that this small smaller eight inch pan is a similar weight to the All-Clad D5 which is technically a five plot so just in that too is saying something

When we put that titanium surface down on top of the stainless steel, we end up with a glass-like surface.

The knife made a significant gouge in the ProBond pan. It also scratched the NanoBond pan but the damage wasn't as bad.

I repeated this test on the bottom of the pan, and the results were the same - The ProBond scratch was significant, and the NanoBond scratch was noticeable but not as deep.
