well induction stoves although they are part of the electric stove family they're different and because they are different and the way they work that solves a lot of the usual problems that you get with an electric stove
if you turn up the temperature the cookware immediately gets hotter and then if you turn it down the cookware immediately loses heat it's pretty cool
there's other benefits to induction over Standard Electric and one of them is they're usually more efficient they usually just use less energy and that can mean a lower utility bill
