now lots of people have a grater but the one that i would really recommend is a microplane which is really the best grater on the planet if you want those nice delicate threads

A microplane is a great thing for truffles, for parmesan, for all sorts of things that we use, lemons and citrus and stuff like that. So, really good microplane, nice and sharp, really important as well.
