it is all it is handed so this is the right-handed model you can also get a left-handed model um there was no real way around that to get this sort of ergonomic shape in there I think um but you know the results is I think the most comfortable and the Really the most functional uh walk uh spatula for this type of walk

It's very big, but very overkill.

So, I would use to scoop up something with the offset and use the tweezer to grab something. So, it's really good for plating.

Again, the cheap restaurant style ones. You don't need the expensive fancy Williams-Sonoma. You don't need the Surlatable branded blah blah blah. I love those stores, don't get me wrong, but all you need is just a cheap restaurant style spatula.
