so in my mind and I'll give you my opinion in my mind I would much rather buy a l cruset knowing that if I ever wanted to sell it I could get 75% of what I paid for it back without any hassle then try to save some money and get this have a subpar product and at the end of the day never be able to sell it and get my…
The Knife Wizard
Arguably, one of the most important purchases you are going to make for your kitchen is your knife set. Proper knifes are what separate the amateur from the professional chef— a good set not only give you cleaner, safer cuts, but also give you the proper mindset that helps you grow your skills. This all started because I was shocked at the terribly subpar reviews and general lack of information out there. Since I have a strong background in a variety of things including cooking, engineering, production, and whatnot, I thought that I would take it upon myself to create REAL reviews based on having the various knives in my possession. the other reason that I really like the brazers and that I think that if you're going to get one or the other maybe a brazer might be a good choice is because you can also sort of use it as a sauté pan or a pan on your stove top if you ever want to use you know a little cast IR in enamel pan so that's pretty exciting…

I think that honestly having one of each just because they're used for such different types of cooking is really a smart choice

you can easily fit two of these little guys inside of your oven one on top of the other on two different racks if you're trying to do two of the same food or you know you have a large party

this is a much taller vessel than this is so a lot of times you can't really fit two of these one on top of the other inside of your oven if you're trying to cook a lot

a nice little thing of note is that the lodge comes with a stainless steel handle on the top the L Crusade does not however this is good up to about 500 a little bit over 500° that's good for an infinite amount of temperature but when you think about it you really shouldn't be using this above 500° anyway so I feel…

the point of a brazer is to essentially have the food half in liquid half outside and you use the Steam and whatnot from the actual cooking process to break down connective tissue
the point of a dutch oven in terms of a stew or a brazer what have you is really to Stew so the idea here is you have the liquid all the way up and you have the meat fully submerged in liquid and you're using the actual uh liquid to cook the food
